Firstly, the camera doesn't focus, making it a POS. Then the video part. They are ALL black. I've tried installing multiple video players, none work. Maybe I'm not technically smart, but I shouldn't be. ALL other cameras I bought under the real brand name have no problem with video playback. I don't have time for such nonsense. Waste of money, waste of time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy. If you think it's a good deal and everything will be fine. much luck.
