I've spent a lot of time researching kneeling chairs. In the end I bought it because of the price and the look. This is a good starting chair if you're having trouble finding one. The Heck was recommended by a number of reviews/websites and it was a good choice! The backrest helps so you can use it like a regular chair. I've been using this chair for a month and haven't had any shoulder or back pain so I bought it. I started to feel like a hump in a regular chair and I noticed that I now sit/walk straighter :) My only complaint about this chair is the knee support that my knees rest on. Several reviews said it's not padded enough, I agree 100%. However, another reviewer here said they use a pillow which was a brilliant idea. I use a foam pillow and have no complaints. In the future I'll probably go for one of those fancy $700 chairs, but for now this is exactly what I wanted as a beginner chair. the most skilled person and built this chair by himself. So no complicated assembly! Hope this helps those who are looking and trying to find!
