I would give it five stars if it didn't contain alcohol. Because it contains alcohol, it can dry out your mouth. I only use it at night so it reduces the dryness I had when using it twice a day. But even with my once-daily use, it's still extremely effective at preventing and removing plaque and tartar. With continued use, it has significantly whitened my teeth. It softens old tartar that can either be plucked or brushed off. I have found that it also makes tongue scraping or cleaning much easier and more effective. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't have health insurance to get regular teeth cleanings and anyone who wants to keep their teeth clean.
