Total nightmare to install! The first shelf rose "well". The second shelf is terrible. The stand it was supposed to fit on was too tight as if the hole hadn't been drilled properly. I had to pry the fittings open with a screwdriver. I stuck the anchors into the wall and attempted to mount the shelf to the posts. Because the landing was so narrow, it couldn't go any further. I tapped it several times with my palms, causing the switch anchors to collapse and snap into the wall. The metal snapped into place on all 4 anchors. I ended up having to go to Lowe to get more anchors. I had to cut the remaining pieces off the studs with wire cutters to get them off the brackets. The boards are also very rough at the ends. The shelves are up and now they look good but the installation was terrible. What should have taken a few minutes turned into hours. I would not recommend these shelves.
