So far everything has been fine with this cell phone car holder. I was looking for one with a long handle and not magnetic (I've read that magnet interferes with charging). I also wanted one that had a non-sticky suction cup. It meets all requirements. If I had one downside it would be that it wobbled too much when moving, so a shorter lever would be better. Still, it's a goalkeeper. And I would advise using the sticky pad on the dashboard with caution. I've read horror stories (not with this automatic mount) that removing the adhesive pad took part of the dashboard with it or left a noticeable ring on the dashboard. I'm not saying this one will do any of that, but just be aware of the possibilities of using duct tape on the dash. Mine is used exclusively on the windshield.
