I like that it can monitor all of my assets, such as cars, trailers, equipment, etc. It is easy to set up and use in the field. The customer service is not great. They have been known to be slow to respond and unhelpful when you need assistance or a quick fix. I would definitely recommend using smarttrack for asset tracking, but if you are looking for customer service, don't go with them. It has helped us manage, control, and protect our assets. We've been able to see where our vehicles are for miles at a time, what the status of our trucks and trailers are, and we even get alerts when their doors are open or closed. This helps keep everything running smoothly in our operation.
