The best part about this product has been its simplicity in terms of implementation as well as maintenance once it's up & running with your organization! I have not encountered any issues so far while using click dimensions tool provided by salesforce oracle stack exchange community forums are very active hence there should be no problems regarding support from Sales force side.

There may arise some minor glitches but nothing serious which can't easily get resolved if you're willing enought o do small tweaks here nd ther.
