There is no tech support for this company
I have a Windows 10 laptop with no CD slot. Connecting a printer to a laptop was very difficult. I tried the online help but got stuck in a circle of generic useless computer answers that didn't even address the question. I tried downloading updates for the model, it still doesn't help. Tried calling support, after 30+ minutes of waiting with no help, just hung up. A new product shouldn't be that difficult to install and use. Maybe I did something wrong, but not getting help was frustrating.
