Our account manager was very helpful in setting up WireWax for us - explaining everything we needed from creating an initial plan through implementation right down into helping with any issues that arose during filming/editing etc! I cannot think about anything specific at this time as it's been over 6 months since they implemented their service but overall so far nothing has come across my desk which would be negative or even mildly displeasing (if there were!). The fact you have someone who will give honest feedback when things go wrong makes all parties involved feel more comfortable knowing what should happen next if something isn't working out how expected by yourself & partner accounts team member alike!!
