I don't know why people complain about it being too big or falling off. I found the material had enough stretch to stay upright - in fact I have to tuck it under my chin to keep my neck warm under my mouth. This item has become one of the best additions to my winter wardrobe. It keeps my neck warmer than scarves and I can hide my face when people around me are coughing. The only downsides are (1) the fleece smells a bit like dust or chemicals - even after washing and I notice it when I close my mouth/nose and (2) my glasses fog up when I close my mouth/nose.
