The depth, softness and comfort of this mattress topper is *almost* perfect, just enough memory foam and softness but not enough to be comfortable like you sleep on marshmallows like you could more thick toppers. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has an odor (from the memory foam) which was a little overpowering at first. I assume it will dissipate over time but it was a smelly first night. Also, memory foam raises temperatures by a degree or two, but the fluff alternative helps reduce a lot of that, so it's a far cry from the hot box you get with just memory foam.
