Would be a great table if it actually worked!
Purchased Nov 8, 2020 Now Nov 24, 2020 Raise and lower the work the first few times and now it hangs at code E10 and won't move at all. Monomi sent me a reset video but it still doesn't work and the E10 code doesn't go away. I recorded myself following the steps from their video (someone left a review, it happened to them too, and Monomi asked the buyer to make a video) to save time trying to come up with a solution Find. I have not received a reply from Monomi. I have a bankrupt $300 desk. It would be a nice table if it worked. I will request a refund as Monomi does not have customer service.
