Disappointing Workstation Controller for Home Office

Based on our own experience of using this product, we found it to be subpar for its price. While the programmable aspect is a nice feature, the controller itself is clunky and the functionality is limited. Additionally, the product description is misleading as it claims to be suitable for "Home and Kitchen" when in reality it is more suited for a corporate setting.

a wooden post broke and got stuck in the hole

The strength of the product is questionable. I was trying to assemble this table and right from the first step of assembling the top table I had a problem. The wooden pin that connects the different parts of the table top broke, in the worst case the broken part stuck and caused a gap as seen in the picture. I have collected more than a dozen Ikea beds and tables, this has never happened before. I am returning this table and will probably buy a new one.

Would be a great table if it actually worked!

Purchased Nov 8, 2020 Now Nov 24, 2020 Raise and lower the work the first few times and now it hangs at code E10 and won't move at all. Monomi sent me a reset video but it still doesn't work and the E10 code doesn't go away. I recorded myself following the steps from their video (someone left a review, it happened to them too, and Monomi asked the buyer to make a video) to save time trying to come up with a solution Find. I have not received a reply from Monomi. I have a bankrupt $300 desk. It…
