I've been using the C-21 for about 2 weeks and absolutely love it. Setup was very easy with Google and SMS Backup & Restore by Sync Tech (Playstore). I had a problem with the SIM card and AT&T. They had to make a nano sim as my old phone had a mini sim and was bigger. The phone wasn't listed on the AT&T system, so something had to be done. However, it worked. I've also found that not all micro SD cards work. Some 32 gigabytes didn't, but some did (?). Overall I find the phone to be very fast and not overloaded with tons of malware that you can't remove like some other phones. The worst thing about a phone is the instructions. Microscopic writing and very little actual instructions other than a picture of the phone's controls. Thank god for the video on youtube!
