Easy to use from A through Z! It's so easy it almost doesn't matter that I'm not computer proficient but using this software has made me more productive because of how simple everything was at first glance (even my non techy husband uses!). There are no bells or whistles - just straight forward workflows which make life easier in many ways both personally/professionally as well as time wise compared when handling paper checks manually etc.. No issues other than sometimes having some items require additional steps like creating invoices instead if being able auto create an invoice right after you approve something else; however most likely those extra actions have been there since inception by now though we were probably used too early into getting familiar enough w program flow & operations before realizing things should be simpler once fully adjusted? I like that they are fast in responding to issues or questions you may have about their services! They will even call you back if it's after hours/on weekends when needed!! Their pricing seems fair; however there was some confusion as we were not aware of any discounts offered by them until well into our contract (which wasn't very long). So far everything has been great - but this could be because my account rep at the time worked so hard helping me out through every step along way :).
