Review on Purina Beneful Prepared Chicken Variety by Heather Warren

My black labrador lady is used to eating anything. Then she got sick. The vet said if I could get her to eat she could live another month pain free before she was gone. I did not know, what I should do. I went to my local grocery store and bought a bit of every type of canned/wet dog food they had and she wrinkled her nose at them all until she tried Beneful Prepared Meals. She's still not eating as much (even beneficially) as before, but at least she'll eat something. It's probably the only thing that will keep my lady from starvation (which will improve her quality of life) before the disease takes hold of her. I will always be grateful to Purina for making Beneful. Edited: Beneful is 41 cents a container from Revain cheaper than my local grocery store. I'll be buying it from Revain every week until I don't need it anymore. Then I will donate what I have left over to a local animal shelter. 04/26/2013 EDIT: The lady is gone. Two days before she left us she was willingly eating her wholesome prepared meals. During those two days we happily fed them human food (mainly hamburgers and grilled chicken). Cancer eventually took her away, but I will always be grateful to Beneful for making it possible to feed her healthy pet food for as long as possible.
