My daughter is 10 years old and weighs about 95 pounds. She's a size 12, which is a child's size. Youth size fits well. This is for dance practice so we were looking for a fitted gym shirt and that's exactly what we were looking for. Great quality too! She doesn't like the shelf bra so she wears a sports bra underneath.
