it's not waterproof it has no threads inside i kept it for one reason only it's very light weight and easy to put on and take off it's water repellent so when it rains outside the bike will not wet but if you wear it at night and it rains all night. Sorry but it's getting wet now I don't know how wet but I did a test at home but as I said it didn't knock so it might only be good if you go to the gym and there will be 2 Hours are also ok, but I don't think so at night. But in general it will still indicate that your bike is going to fail. The problem is that you can drip a little after a while.
