I love this product! Hair really got healthier after regular use! And I love the bright color! I have light natural hair. I'm buying my second box. I have hair just above my shoulders and the first pack was enough for 5 treatments. I repaint every three weeks to keep the color vibrant, but this color lasts if you get it right! What I learned: Puree the powder to a pudding-like consistency, then use an immersion blender to puree until smooth, adding more hot water if needed. Do not dilute too much. Think thick pudding texture. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let rest for at least an hour until brown. Wash hair with shampoo (no conditioner) and apply to towel-dried, damp hair, following all standard henna precautions (wearing gloves, applying olive oil to face and ears where coloring is not required, etc.). Cover your hair with a plastic bag or cap (I prefer a grocery bag because I can tear and tie it up), then cover with a cap or towel to keep your hair warm. Leave on for at least 4 hours, then rinse out of the hair. They still have the natural smell of henna, but don't wash your hair for at least 24 hours. Use olive oil to clean the skin of any stains that may have appeared.
