I cannot give this product 5 stars because. When I received my USB hub, the data cable connector was defective. The cable wasn't damaged, but the connector inside the hub itself was broken. Because of this, I couldn't use the hub. As such, I cannot give an honest review of the quality or functionality of the product itself. I'm always a bit skeptical when I receive a damaged product. If the damage occurred at the factory, the quality control may not meet the requirements. If so, then I have to question the overall quality of the product. However, if damage occurs during packaging or shipping, the product itself may be perfectly functional. Since there is no way of knowing how the damage occurred, I hesitate to replace the same item with another. NOTE: I am only expressing my opinion. Each person should base their purchasing decisions on logic, past experience, and possibly advice from other people they actually trust.
