No response from manufacturer

Bought 3 USB hubs on June 22nd, one of them failed last week. The seller and manufacturer advertise an 18 month warranty on the product page, but I was unable to reach them via email or phone. The email address results in a hard bounce. I had to contact Raven. The lights don't work properly, but the switches and hubs work for the most part.

Excellent at a good price

This is a replacement for the Anker brand 7 port USB hub. My old hub is USB 3.0 like this one. I found that my old hub is not compatible with at least 3 of my USB devices. And some devices didn't work as fast as USB memory. This port 10 works with everything I have and I'm happy with its speed. Some people say they don't see the ads on the hub, but reliability, compatibility, and good performance are more important to me. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Product has stopped working, no longer eligible for warranty

I bought two of these 10 port USB hubs. One of them failed after two months so I couldn't return it to Revane. I've tried all of the manufacturer Idsonix email addresses and phone numbers and none of them have received a response. One of the numbers and one of the letters didn't even exist! Another hub still works, but on another computer I use it much less often. Their 18 month guarantee is a joke as they are impossible to contact. I recommend buying another brand as they will break and thenโ€ฆ

NO 5 STARS: Hubs

I cannot give this product 5 stars because. When I received my USB hub, the data cable connector was defective. The cable wasn't damaged, but the connector inside the hub itself was broken. Because of this, I couldn't use the hub. As such, I cannot give an honest review of the quality or functionality of the product itself. I'm always a bit skeptical when I receive a damaged product. If the damage occurred at the factory, the quality control may not meet the requirements. If so, then I have toโ€ฆ
