No response from manufacturer

I bought 3 USB hubs on June 22nd and one of them broke down last week. The seller and manufacturer advertise an 18 month warranty on the product page, but I was unable to reach them via email or phone. The email address results in a hard bounce. I had to contact Raven. The lights don't work properly, but the switches and hubs work for the most part.
