Great final review

It's a size up but my daughter loves it so much she doesn't care.
I think I like it better too big than too small. It's quite noisy when she's walking around, but she says wearing it makes her feel like a princess! Overall I'm happy with it because it's nice and comfortable, I just want the sizing to be right.
