So I'll explain why I don't like this product on all ordered. I've colored my hair a lot and usually use things like Manic Panic, even tried a splat on a very dark day and now wanted to move on to more pastels. I saw great reviews for this product after watching videos about it. When I opened the box I saw the small containers and noticed that their color was much darker than the picture. So I tried it in the light, it was much darker than in the picture. In the end I decided to try some of my extensions. This is NOT pastel. So I mixed in some white conditioner and dampened my hair a bit before using it and voila! Homemade pastel. Well, I don't know if I've got some bad glasses or something, or the product is like that, but when it comes down to it, it's a great base for making your own pastels. I'm not mad about it, I just wish he could make your hair pastel colored already.
