I bought these for my boys for school. For the price the quality seems good. They feel solid and the sound quality is okay. They're not the most comfortable, but they don't hurt. It just seemed small to me (but I bought it for my kids, not me). What makes it 5 stars? My 1 year old removed them from his brother and (not neatly) and didn't damage anything, they sent a card to register the product and get a 1 year warranty and their support team called multiple times to make sure everything was satisfactory was. . From the grammar on the postcard and the email I received after registering the product, it appears that I am not dealing with an American company (English is not their first language and not even a second language), but it seems like they care about their company's reputation and provide customer service when needed.
