, I have ordered these cables twice. Of all the cables my family has used, these have been the best. Cables used to (5 packs) last no more than 2 months if I was lucky and that was when the kids were at school and not at home full time due to Covid. These cables lasted a good 6-7 months, maybe longer, but I ordered more when we reached the last cable in the package. They charge just as fast as our Apple cables - two iPads of the same generation, with the same battery level, etc., with an original Apple cable and connected to this cable, and both achieved almost 100% equal time. The spring part ensured they never broke to the point where ANY other cable we've ever had broke. The problem with them has always been that the plug itself comes loose and breaks. Personally, I blame my kids for being rough on them as I've had one of these cords next to my bed for over a year with no problems. But I will say that this is the only line I have ever come loose and/or broken the tip of, so maybe just be a little careful with this piece and you'll be fine. If you don't mind spending money, Apple's original cable is always the best, but if you're like me, I'd rather spend $15 twice a year for 5 cables than $20 a cable. This adds up for me since I have cords that I leave everywhere so I don't have to search for them.
