They always send me the wrong size.

I ordered size 5 kids twice and both times they sent me size 5 kids which was too big! I'm upset because the quality seems good and the shoes are really cute but I wish my little one could wear them now instead of waiting years to grow up in them! How troublesome to return them a second time!

Pros

They fit my granddaughter as expected. She has a wide foot. They are very comfortable.

Cons

Toddler wore shoes to school for 12 days and they broke. You can't wear it like that.
