The interface which is easy for newbies in the market of igaming industry as well those from other business background such simple UI it's very user friendly. Not so much but sometimes there are some issues related to compatibility. When this happens we recommend customer check whether their system meets specification requirements or not (eg. CPU / RAM). I personally don't have any dislike when using the platform or application itself just few. There are plenty opportunities if you choose your path wisely & take one step at time because they do offer great support also! We use inteliticks mainly within our group operations team where the main thing is being able to handle large amounts of players traffic across hundreds platforms/ networks etc efficiently ensuring player service experience stays flawless no downtime. And intelitcks has been key in accomplishing these tasks effectively by delivering best possible The most helpful feature is being able to keep track of all my games in one place! It's also very easy to use. I wish it had more features but overall it does what you need for your business needs. Nothing at this time. We are using Intelitics as our casino management system. It has allowed us to stay organized and be better prepared when we have issues or questions about our customers' accounts.
