The best thing about scocoos has been that we could organize several different types of gatherings at once without much effort in terms of planning activities (such as workshops), just by using their web app! I think one great feature would have been having some sort of schedule system so you know what type of activity will take place during your scheduled time together - but this wasn't available when i used them. they were also good enough not too charge us any extra fees if our group was over 5 members long. They did everything right according to my understanding; however, there's nothing really specific that made me reach out directly to give feedback. If everyone takes care of making sure customer service questions/requests get answered promptly then most companies won't need things like forums etc because customers should never feel left hanging around waiting indefinitely until someone gets back to them. Instead use chat services such as Gitter instead where others who work within.
