UPDATE NUMBER 2: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! The camera is reliable and works great. The key to this camera is the right SD card. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO BUY SD CARD FOR THIS CAMERA IT WILL NOT WORK AS EXPECTED! I wish the accessories were better but after a long chat with the support team I realized that the accessories have nothing to do with this camera company. I can't recommend it highly enough. A simple email shows that Remali cares about its customers like no other. I have no doubt that there will be improvements and better accessory options in the near future. I'm so glad I spoke to the support team and found out some key questions. First class customer service, great product and great price! Don't hesitate to buy this camera! Update: So far 2 brackets have broken while installing on my bike. Photos are fine and 1080p 60fps with image stabilization works great. Fasteners are weak and break easily. The quality of this camera is excellent. Upgrading from Capture Cam to Capture Cam Pro was a good decision. The video quality is excellent. The camera probably needs an ISO adjustment, but the quality is good. I like the touchscreen and it's pretty easy to get used to after playing. I don't know the lifespan of this product, but I plan to find out. My 2 cons. The battery life is terrible. I can barely get 60 minutes of power from it but it comes with 3 batteries. The quality of the nozzles is not that great. The camera fell off the bike while riding because the bracket came loose. I was able to get him together, but now I don't trust him. Luckily I had it in a waterproof case and the camera wasn't damaged.
