Bought two pairs. Both bulbs in the same housing hum impermissibly.

Both bulbs in one of the packaging have unacceptable hum at all brightness levels. When used with a Lutron AYCL-163P-IV dimmer switch, the bulbs will flicker slightly when dimmed, although it's hard to tell if the problem is with the dimmer or the bulbs.
