Review on πŸ”ͺ CRKT Shrill Knife: Lightweight Fixed Blade with Ti Nitride Finish & Resin Infused Handle, Leather Sheath Included by Chris Burns

Slim/Slim/Quality CRKT

Slim. Low profile, smooth blade. I would never pry anything with it, but that's not part of the blade design either. CRKT has always impressed me with their knives and affordable prices. Best knife brand for the money and from PNW so I'm happy to contribute. A detail worth noting is that this blade is instantly sharp. Both edges and the tip are dangerously sharp. Very smooth and thin, making it an effective dagger that is easy to carry both open and concealed. The Mircata handle, which I find on almost all of my fixed blades, is always a plus. It's too thin to fit my large hands perfectly, to be honest, but not so much that I don't like it. I've seen some comments about the scabbard and maybe time and wear and tear can tell a different story, but my first impression is that it's of the highest quality. . Good fixation, very strong clip that allows you to wear it both inside and outside the boot or belt. The tip grips the skin during insertion, so alignment is required for re-insertion. Still, the knife is worth it, regardless of the pros or cons of the sheath.
