I bought this sleeping bag about a month ago when our nights were getting cooler. It was my fault because now that my kid wore it on a damn night and the zipper didn't work I can't send it back. The zipper is plastic, which shouldn't be a problem. However, when I got the baby out of the cradle, I saw that the zipper in the middle part was unzipped. Looking closely, I saw that the teeth on one side were completely broken off and separated from their "base". I was trying to find a way for my kid (which isn't particularly destructive) to break the zipper this way. I can't imagine even I breaking a zipper in half without damaging the top or bottom. I think sewing in fabric will fail from the start. This is clearly a manufacturing issue/product defect. It's a shame because otherwise I really liked it.
