I recently gave this Metro 2 stylus 1 star because it didn't suit me. Apparently Metro read my review and immediately emailed me an apology and suggestions on how to fix the issues. I've tried them and had limited success. I decided that the tips that came with the stylus were too smooth and didn't have enough friction to properly swipe and type on the screen. I sanded the ends with sandpaper and they worked great. I contacted Metro with my findings and they immediately responded again, thanking me for my suggestion and offering to send me either their new, more expensive disc stylus or a 2-in-1 replacement with new tips. I opted for 2 in 1 and got a replacement two days later. I'm happy to report that it works great on all my devices with no modifications needed. The care, service, and product support that Metro provides to its customers definitely deserve a 5-star rating and review.
