Premium price, not quality! I bought the soundbar in February and it worked as advertised, although the customization options are very limited and the sound quality was decent but didn't blow me away. I decided to get a Denon wireless subwoofer and it went really quickly. The first mating attempt was a nightmare. After numerous reboots and tries, it finally connected and I was very happy with the sound. It didn't last very long as it stayed connected to the soundbar for the longest 4 days in a row. Countless hours on the phone with Heos tech support, a factory reset, a subwoofer replacement, and finally an offer to buy a new router. Needless to say, none of this worked! After 6 weeks this expensive pile of plastic is back. I have to hit the soundbar when it went through the return window but am willing to pay the restocking fee to get this nightmarish system out of my house. There are far better options at this price point that actually work. FYI Denon customer service was non-existent, waited for hours and still no one called. Heos was better initially, but after they couldn't find a solution anymore, I got disconnected many times by mistake every time I called.
