If you still use a foam insert, buy one.
What was that, $8-9? Buy it. It was a small and cheap upgrade, but it made a big difference as the lens cap came in really handy too. The silicone part is simply slipped over the foam insert. I was a bit skeptical at first because I expected it to snap into place. kinda but i had no problems and it feels better than foam.
