The item arrived within two days and was in excellent condition. Well packaged, easy to set up and does exactly what I need. The excellent picture quality and sound are perfect for listening while working, which is just what I needed. If you're looking for a good mid-sized desktop display for your home or office with easy setup, then this is for you! If you're looking for something for gaming or detailed creative work, consider Dell's larger screen for a higher price. After 4 months, the screen was really having trouble taking it off and turning it on in the middle of work. I think it's overheating and trying to cool down. I have a Dell laptop and a Dell screen so they are from the same manufacturer. Too late to return but wanted to complete the review. I'll probably buy something else soon as it's too complicated to work with.
