Upgrade to 4 stars: simplehuman customer service sends new caddies. They have a 5 year guarantee and have their claims backed up. Much better than other companies. The Caddy definitely doesn't rust for the price. The main problem is that the wagons are made of iron which rusts! The plastic cover of the trolley is also very easy to remove with hot water and soapy water. I imagine a new car and an old one with pigeon soap in a plastic bowl. The coating that suddenly peeled off the entire trolley is rusted. For the price, the trolleys had to be made of stainless steel. Disappointed that the design of the trolley is not well thought out by the designers considering the center post is very well made. The locking mechanism holds the shower enclosure very securely to the shower head. Essentially, for $40 you get a well-designed shower rack complete with rusty buckets to throw away. At least they don't fall like other caddies.
