The term "adjustable" is misleading. This trolley is only suitable for a specific shower head connection diameter, which is not listed in the description. I have 3 different sized shower heads and this cart doesn't fit any of them. Ask for diameter information before ordering, the manufacturer omits this important information.

The product is advertised as 'stainless' but it is not. I noticed some rust in some places; Later I found rust everywhere. How can they provide "anti-rust" and make the product rust so quickly? High price but low quality, their reputation is ground level. And their customer service sucks, get something else.

This is quite expensive for a shower enclosure, so I expected better quality. After a few months of use, the second row started to rust, which surprised me a lot considering it was used very little compared to the other rows. This is particularly disappointing as I decided to spend a little more money to avoid the potential risk of corrosion. I have a lot of experience with many simplehuman products, but this one was definitely not one of them.

I've never reviewed anything I've bought before, but THIS deserves a million stars. I'm not joking. My friend and I almost became alcoholics trying to find a solution for shower stalls that wouldn't take up too much space and fall off the wall because they're supported by crappy suction cups that supposedly weigh the weight of a 30-pound kettlebell could hold. I am very happy with it. I keep one in every shower and they are great for my specific issues that made regular showering problematic. I have a detachable shower head AND built in soap dishes that sit too close to where regular carts hang. It works for both of those issues and it's really reliable and awesome. We have textured tiles in a shower and the included adhesive tabs work well for this shower. In another shower they are not needed: the suction works well too! I'm so glad I have her now.

I confess I was confused by the price. This thing won't clean my shower or drain; He just keeps all my shit. Upgrade to 4 stars: simplehuman customer service sends new caddies. They have a 5 year guarantee and have their claims backed up. Much better than other companies. The Caddy definitely doesn't rust for the price. The main problem is that the wagons are made of iron which rusts! The plastic cover of the trolley is also very easy to remove with hot water and soapy water. I imagine a new car and an old one with pigeon soap in a plastic bowl. This product looked good, attached well to my wall and ceiling mount and was pretty rigid. But when I put on the first bottle, which then fell to the ground, I was disappointed. I had a problem which I show in the attached photos. The shelves are not flat, they slope down. On fig. 1 shows a vertically mounted carriage.
