This product looked good, attached well to my wall and ceiling mount and was pretty rigid. But when I put on the first bottle, which then fell to the ground, I was disappointed. I had a problem which I show in the attached photos. The shelves are not flat, they slope down. On fig. 1 shows a vertically mounted carriage. On fig. 2 shows how the shelf is tilted by about 10 degrees. On fig. 3 shows how the bottles are tilted. Photo 4 shows how the bottles actually turned out. Indeed, how difficult it is to design a shelf that is roughly flat or even slightly inclined to the wall. Basically, I can't rate it better than 1. Also, a strong magnet sticks to the metal, indicating that it is inferior stainless steel that may rust or discolor over time. I also found that the two shelves provided were too close together (vertically) for vertical bins. On fig. Figure 5 shows what an interval with a shelf looks like. Just look how close one shelf is to the shower head so I removed the second shelf and threw it away. Really, what's the use of cramming a second shelf into that height factor. I think the manufacturer should spend the money to make a better quality stainless steel standalone shelf. After 6 months the suction cups were no longer sticking and started to get mouldy. In the long run, attachment to the shower head is the only hold. So if you don't have too many large items and don't mind custom construction and can live with possible discoloration due to a lack of quality stainless steel, this product might work well. *** One year update. I upgraded from 1 star to 2 as it still looks good, has no rust color and is quite practical. If the shelf was straighter and the suction cups were sized to skip grout on the standard tile (which molds underneath) and gave a few extra suction cups and I didn't have to remove and throw away the second shelf, that would be close to 5 stars for my application.
