I like how easy it is to create my profile, connect with people to make recommendations, read other profiles, and have fun! The ability to send email invitations to people I may know from an organization that I am interested in learning more about, is really handy. There are a lot of good people on here that I have met while networking at career fairs who are serious about their careers and are willing to help each other out. The ability to search by occupation or education level makes searching so much easier than trying to figure it out on my own! It's nice having access to this resource even though I'm outside of Atlanta. Also, being able to access this site on your cell phone or tablet while traveling has been awesome during job interviews. This can be used as an online application and for resumes/resume reviews too! You need to have an account first so it would be helpful to have The site is simple to navigate with easy search functions as well as filters/options that allows you narrow down your search results to suit your needs. I have used it mainly during my recruitment process in both client and internal roles but also use it at times during the onboarding of new employees or when searching for candidates to add to our current team members. It has been helpful in sourcing suitable candidate profiles from the many databases available within headhoncho's database.
