Bought this luggage net to take with a roof basket for a hike. So far so good, nothing is out of the ordinary for me and the load remains safe and sound. The hooks are good and strong, but I haven't had to test their limits yet. I will use this item several times a year; For the price you pay and the quality of the product, it's great. It also looks very cool! Just a tip, this item (like all cargo nets) gets tangled VERY easily. I recommend that as soon as you take it out of the box for the first time, you hang it on the wall in your garage or something else to keep it from getting tangled.
