I like that it is very easy to use (even without any previous experience).

It's also possible with this software you can make documentation not only about business object but even custom user forms as well! The interface could be better thought through because sometimes there are some issues when using certain functions such us exporting files from one place into another location etc.. Also i think they should provide more customization options so people will have access easier than what we currently offer by themselfing their own templates if needed which might take time depending upon how good at programming someone was before going live. Documentation creation has become much simpler now since these guys came up with docperforer sapm bobs tools integration capabilities.
