Review on πŸ’† Gaiam Restore Mini Muscle Massager - On-The-Go Handheld Deep Tissue Pressure Point Tool for Back & Spine Massage by Michael Caldwell

I officially love this thing!

I've been using this Gaiam Restore Mini Portable Muscle Massager for a few weeks now, both when traveling and at home. At first I wasn't sure I'd like the fact that it's so small, but I ended up loving the fact that I can easily take it anywhere. I have lumps in my neck and back and plantar fasciitis. sometimes. It's perfect for all of these areas, and the little raised dots or bumps on it help reach or massage the sore spots. It feels good in my hand and is easy to control alone - much easier than I thought or could. I also like its light green color as it's easy to see and find if I need to grab it on the go. Unlike big rollers that usually require someone to roll them down my lower back, this little guy really lets me access the sore spots. The rubber material is grippy and also lends itself well to flexing a bit, allowing you to press as hard or as lightly as you like. Overall, I really like it and have taken it with me several times now. I never thought that being so small could be so useful, but for me it's perfect and so portable! Two thumbs up for that!
