Review on TradMall Umbrella Reinforced Fiberglass Ergonomic by Leslie Smith

. I have long decided on a new umbrella, in the end I chose this one. At first I was happy with my choice. It's very compact and opens well, although it's a bit difficult to close. If it did, I would give it 4 stars. However yesterday when I started to unfold the umbrella to open it the button exploded. I don't even remember touching it; but suddenly the umbrella opened before I could get it out of the car. I pushed it through the door and then tried to push it all the way, but it didn't stay all the way open either. I kept it almost open so my mom and I wouldn't get dry. (Luckily it didn't rain very hard.) Now it doesn't stay fully open OR fully closed unless I use velcro to close it. Did I mention that I ordered an umbrella less than two months ago and this is only the third time I have used it? Maybe I got a defective one somehow, but I am very disappointed with the durability and quality of this umbrella. I am emailing TradMall but to be honest even if they replace it I plan to find a more reliable alternative for regular everyday use.
