My product was missing an important component. Legs. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if I can just mail the legs to myself as it costs me a lot of money to return the item as I am quite a distance from the post office. After a few days of response, they informed me that they could not fulfill my request. It's not worth getting a replacement. It costs me more than gas than just buying a new one. What a waste of my time and money.
