Please understand that I am an elderly woman who cannot see very well and the zippers are very small and designed for two people (in my case). I found the beginning part of the zipper on the bag was small...probably my age is shown here. However, once we assembled it, it proved durable. We use a feral cat that we fed in an unheated garage this summer. Our weather gets cold very quickly and can sometimes rise and fall to 30 degrees. This little cutie had a bare ear so I was worried it was frozen. We persuaded this kitty to come into the garage at night to let her out in the morning. He spilled water on the heating pad (we put the bed in front of the house because he didn't want to come in). Thank goodness we spilled some while checking out before bed. We took the cover off to dry and the zipper didn't work again. I didn't want to complain until our kids and grandkids tried to turn it off. No, it's broken. I would live with that but I received an email from this company wanting to know how things are going. I called the number and they replace the cover immediately. Rough old lady, don't usually write reviews but the extra steps taken by this seller deserve a high five. THANK YOU
