I saw a post online about a trailer tent conversion where the owner used the ends of the bunk beds to attach these blankets to the roofs. They claimed the blankets were effective in lowering the temperature inside the trailer on hot, sunny days. They were right and these blankets do their job very effectively. Note to all prospective buyers of this product: These are not cheap single ply mylar thermal blankets that have been remanufactured with new design colors by another manufacturer. They are much heavier than single layer Mylar sheets. Not only are these blankets multi-layered, but they also have a thin layer of insulation between the inner and outer layers. They also feature stitched seam edges to increase their durability. They are also easy to fold and reuse. They are not considered disposable as I have used mine on many hikes for my stated use.
