Clips are too tight. - Electrical Boxes, Wiring and Fittings
It would be nice if the manufacturer allowed a little leeway to make cutting easier. One of the staples that I had a hard time cutting off came loose from the tension of the tight staple. Making this assumption would increase durability and strength, allowing for impeccable weather protection. Until that changes, I'll only bet 2.
