Review on πŸ’Ž Exquisite Black Diamond Mine Belt Curry: Elevate Your Women's Belt Accessories Game! by Mario Bullard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hard at first but wears off over time. The buckle size is an optical illusion.

The belt looked well made right out of the box, but for a moment I didn't believe the size of the buckle. The product image is just wrong. It measures 2-1/16" on the vertical axis, 2-1/4" on the horizontal axis and is just under 1/4" wide. Bought this based on the advertised size and weight. I wanted a thinner belt which fits the band as advertised (1-1/4") because I wanted it to feel "nothing there", but the size of the buckle undermines that feeling, at least in part. The buckle is made of aluminum and is light for its hyperbolically gigantic size, but heavier than intended. The front of the belt looks like nylon, but on the back there is a sewn-on black stripe made of a different material. This may explain the fact that the material is described in various places on the page as 100% nylon and 100% polyester (although synthetic, one is not alike). Aside from the mostly benign weight imbalance between strap and buckle, this is a good strap overall. As stated in the title, it's stiff at first, but over time (2 months of almost daily use) it collapses to conform to the shape of your waist. I ordered a small one that fits my size 32/33 pants perfectly with about 4.5 inches of extra material. I bought this to wear with my climbing pants and barely noticed the buckle under my pendant. Hope this helps someone.
